                                    Bring water to a boil with all ingredients except the salmon. When water boils add salmon and turn off heat. Let it stand in the water for 10 min. Serve with boiled potatoes and the melted butter. - norwegian salmon (cut in large pieces)
 - white wine vinegar
 - 1 bay leaf
 - salt
 - pepper
 - butter (melted, to serve)

Additional Information
