Garden Green Garbanzomolea

This is a "one of a kind" unique Hummus type purée. It's excellent as a spread or dip.


Serves: 8 - 10

  • 1000 garden green garbanzos
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 250 water
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons cholula sauce
  • 1 medium diced red onion
  • 1 diced roma tomato
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 habanera pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 63 water
  • 1 diced red bell pepper

  • In Food Processor combine GGB, lime juice, lime zest, cumin and Cholula sauce. Purée and slowly incorporate fresh spring water (or organic olive oil) to desired consistency.
  • Remove to bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and fold-in until mixed thoroughly.
  • Serve with pita bread or natural chips.
