Introduction

Metric Cups
  • 100 grams vanilla sugar
  • ½ litre cream
  • almonds (chopped)
  • rice pudding
  • 3½ ounces vanilla sugar
  • ⅞ pint cream
  • almonds (chopped)
  • rice pudding

  • First make a porridge out of rice and full fat milk. Let it cool over night or for a few hours.
  • Wip the cream, and fold it into the porridge with the vanilla sugar and chopped almonds.
