  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • 10 millilitres mixed spice
  • 450 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 16 ounces mixed fruit
  • 10½ fluid ounces black tea (warm)
  • 9 ounces brown sugar
  • ⅓ fluid ounce pumpkin pie spice
  • 16 ounces self-rising flour
  • 1 egg
