Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 175 grams dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • 25 grams butter
  • cocoa powder
  • 6⅙ ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ⅞ ounce butter
  • unsweetened cocoa

Method

  • Microwave the chocolate, butter and cream for approx 1/2 minute
  • Stir well until smooth
  • Leave to cool for 40 minutes or until set
  • Take a small piece of the mixture and mould into small egg shapes
  • Sprinkle 2tbsp cocoa powder onto a piece of greaseproof paper and roll the 'eggs' to coat them
