Metric Cups
  • 175 grams white chocolate
  • 90 millilitres milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 225 millilitres double cream
  • 6 ounces white chocolate
  • 3⅙ fluid ounces milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 7⅞ fluid ounces heavy cream

Method

  • Melt the chocolate , stir in milk, set aside.
  • Whip the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff, then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

    • This recipe worked really well and it was so delicious! I put some strawberry coulis in the bottom of the glass and decorated with grated white chocolate and a sliced played strawberry on the top - did the trick!
