Ingredients

Serves: this makes 12 cakes serves 6

Metric Cups
  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 milk chocolate
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 7 ounces self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 milk chocolate

Method

  • preheat the oven to 200c
  • mix the sugar and butter add the egg then slowly mix in the flour (add water if neccasery) add the vanilla flavouring then give one last then mix again until the mixture is pourable
  • pour the mixture into the wrappers then put in the oven for 25 mins
  • once the cakes have cooled melt the chocolate then pour on top add some sprinkles then leave in the fridge to cool
