Chocolate cheesecake or any recipe that calls for dark chocolate!

I use an "intense orange dark chocolate" as a substitute for recipes that call for dark chocolate. It adds a hint of orange to the recipes which gives amazing flavour!

Also, for the chocolate cheesecake, I ran out of time to do the ganache glaze so just grated some more of the orange chocolate over the top.
