How to 0pen difficult jars/bottles without spilling contents!

Get yourself an elastic band and put it around the top/lid, twisting until it is secure. If you hold one side of the band it will not slip off as you secure it. Then just grip top and twist and off it comes. As it comes of easily and gently no spillage of contents all over you! Works on small bottle tops as well as jars. I have small hands and arthritis and it works for me, hope it does for you.
