I love making the Chocolate Chip Cookies from Kitchen, but my son is allergic to egg. Is there an egg substitute that will work in this recipe?
Nigella's Chocolate Chip Cookies (from KITCHEN) are very popular as they have a crisp crust but are soft and fudgy inside. Unfortunately we have not tried these cookies with egg alternatives and we suspect that they would be slightly flatter and harder in texture without eggs.
However we would recommend trying Nigella's Dark And Sumptuous Chocolate Cake as it does not contain eggs, yet is moist and rich and also extremely easy to make. The Salted Chocolate Tart is also egg-free but has a fudgy chocolate filling.
