Full question

Hi Nigella, Love your cooking and tips. Can I leave out the coriander from the Cauliflower And Cashew Nut Curry? I absolutely detest it! Cheers!

Our answer

Nigella's Cauliflower And Cashew Nut Curry (from SIMPLY NIGELLA is a simple and quick but delicious vegan curry. It is finished with some chopped fresh coriander (cilantro), which adds a pop of colour as well as a little flavour.

If you don't like coriander then by all means omit it. If you have some Thai basil then you could use this as an alternative but the curry will still be delicious without a fresh herb. However we would suggest having some lime wedges to squeeze over if you don't use the coriander.
