Hello, if I want to make the Passionfruit Curd in advance, how long does it keep for? Thank you!

Nigella's Passionfruit Curd (from HOW TO BE A DOMESTIC GODDESS and FEAST) is a sharp-sweet curd that uses passionfruit instead of the more usual lemons. The curd has some extra fresh passionfruit pulp, including seeds, stirred in at the end.
Curds made with fresh eggs will usually keep in the fridge for up to one week. The curd should be transferred to a clean screw top jar or tightly sealed container and refrigerated as quickly as possible, preferably straight away and definitely within 2 hours of making. It is probably at its best within the first 3 days of making and should be served straight from the fridge.
