Preheat oven at 180C (350F). In a bowl, mix apples with brown sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Put in 6 oven proof bowls or in one big square mould. Mix ingredients for crisp and put on top of apples. Cook for 30-35 minutes for small bowls or 35-40 minutes for big mould.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Divine!
For the Apple Mix
- 6 large peeled, cored and chopped apples
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 juice of lemon

- 6 tablespoons flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 cups chopped pecan nuts
