Introduction

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Divine!

Ingredients

Serves: -

For the Apple Mix

  • 6 large peeled, cored and chopped apples
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 juice of lemon

For the Crisp

  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • 2 cups chopped pecan nuts

  • Preheat oven at 180C (350F).
  • In a bowl, mix apples with brown sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
  • Put in 6 oven proof bowls or in one big square mould.
  • Mix ingredients for crisp and put on top of apples.
  • Cook for 30-35 minutes for small bowls or 35-40 minutes for big mould.
