I believe there is an error in the Yule Log recipe as it appears to be missing a key ingredient - flour?

Nigella's Yule Log (from NIGELLA CHRISTMAS) has a chocolate sponge that is filled and coated with a chocolate buttercream icing. The icing on the outside of the cake can be marked into ridges using a fork or skewer, to give the impression of bark on a log of wood.
The sponge itself is a fatless whisked sponge, made by whisking egg yolks and sugar together, then adding cocoa powder and finally folding in whisked egg whites. The whisked egg whites act as leavening, helping the sponge to rise. The sponge only contains cocoa powder and does not contain any flour. This means that the sponge is very tender and also gluten free, and can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.
