Nigella's Turkish Delight Syllabub is flavoured with orange flower water and rose water, which are popular in Middle Eastern cooking. These flavourings have become more easily available in recent years and you may find them in major supermarkets, usually in the baking section alongside other flavourings.

In the UK you can also buy the flavourings in Lakeland (in-store and on-line) and in baking and cake decorating stores. Many countries also have on-line sources or try Middle Eastern stores or on-line specialists. Rosewater and orange flower water can easily become overpowering if too much is used, so measure quantities carefully.
