The recipe was super easy to follow, especially with the lemon curd coming from the shop (even though it was not so easy to find it in Brussels). I halved the amounts though, in these covid regime we are not allowed to invite family or friends, and the smaller pavlova was more than enough for our family. For this case, I recommend to lower the baking time to 45 minutes.
