
I baked it in a huge oval dish because I had to serve it to on an occasion, that is, to many guests. While making the honey chocolate glaze, I was so afraid that the cake will be a gooey mess. So I iced the cake when it was cooled overnight and within its glass dish; I did not dare to take it out. It was left in the fridge for hours and it turned out absolutely divine! I was also not very confident with my sculpting skills, so I chose an easy way out and added sprinkles. Nevertheless the cake was a show stopper.
