There couldn't be a book by Sue Lawrence that I wouldn't want to own and, indeed, I'd be horrified to learn that there were any titles I don't own. She writes beautifully, is as much chatty historian as cookery writer and her recipes always interest me and make me ravenous. There is much gorgeousness on the sweet front, but I just couldn't resist choosing the Haggis Flatbreads. I need to say that again — Haggis Flatbreads!
