After the Lemon Pavlova in Simply, I truly thought I wouldn’t be playing around with other ideas for a long while, but I just couldn’t stop myself, and the happy result is this heavenly Rose and Pepper Pavlova with Strawberries and Passionfruit, the latest recipe to come to the site from the crisp, terracotta-edged pages of my new book, At My Table. The addition of pepper to a pav might sound odd, but the taste is exquisite, and I’m excited for you to try it.
