- green lentils (soak overnight)
- 3 large potatoes (diced fairly small)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- olive oil
- garlic (diced small)
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 1 litre water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 can tomato
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- lemon slices (to serve)

- 2 tablespoons honey
