  1. Peel the banana roughly and cut into finger sized 8 pieces.
  2. Take a clay pot or a non stick pan and put it on on a gas stove and arrange the flame on medium, put in the bananas and pour in 1 and 1/2 cup of water and salt.
  3. Cover it with a lid and cook it until it's done, then add grated coconut and cook for a minute and take the pan out of the flame.
  4. Now it's ready to be served. For dry fish paprika curry take the dry fish and clean it and wash it off then put a pan on stove and pour coconut oil to the hot pan then add the dry fish to the oil and fry it.
  5. Then take it out and and allow to cool.
  6. Meanwhile add the paprika and turmeric to the same pan (in which we have fried our fish) and and stir it, then pour the water to it and continue stirring till it become a thick gravy.
  7. Now you can add the dried fish to the thick gravy and garnish it with curry leaves and drizzle some coconut oil over it.

  • Hi. Looking at the image, these look like dried anchovies - these are widely used in Asian cookery. I think green bananas are probably plantains. I haven’t tried this specific recipe but Judging by the ingredients, I think it’ll be worth giving it a go !
