Cranberry Salsa

Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade. Chop to medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature.
Introduction
What to do when you have left over fresh Cranberry's or feel like making someTHING different with them other then the usual relish. And it goes great with Turkey Burritos and Turkey Quesadillas.

Serves: 4-15
- 12 ounces cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 1 bunch scallions (cut into 3 inch lengths)
- 1 jalapeno peppers (seeded and minced)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
