- 12 ounces cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 1 bunch scallion (cut into 3 inch lengths)
- 1 jalapeno peppers (seeded and minced)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
