Ingredients
Serves: 12 cookies
- 55 grams unsalted butter
- 50 grams caster sugar
- 50 grams dark brown muscovado sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
- 20 millilitres chilli sauce
- 75 grams plain flour
- 40 grams cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 100 grams white chocolate chips
- 1⅞ ounces unsalted butter
- 1¾ ounces superfine sugar
- 1¾ ounces dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
- 1 fluid ounce chilli sauce
- 2⅔ ounces all-purpose flour
- 1⅖ ounces unsweetened cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3½ ounces white chocolate chips
