Ingredients

Serves: 2

Metric Cups
  • 150 grams smoked salmon
  • 200 millilitres cream
  • 250 grams penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt (or rock salt crystals)
  • 1 pinch of dried chilli flakes
  • 5⅓ ounces smoked salmon
  • 7 fluid ounces cream
  • 8⅚ ounces penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt (or rock salt crystals)
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes

Method

  • Cut the salmon into very small pieces. Add it to a pan with hot olive oil. Stir the salmon until golden.
  • Add the cream and stir 2-3 mins. Add the chillies.
  • Strain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
  • Add the pasta to the pan and mix.
