Lemon and Thyme Steamed Chicken
A community recipe by CobyNot tested or verified by Nigella.com
Introduction
Don't bother with this if you're not doing the dressing. It's the dressing using the steamed garlic that makes it special. The thyme and lemon do stop the chicken being bland, and give it a zingy fresh flavour.
