Basically an easy Bacon and Egg Pie, but you can alter the filling ingredients to your taste. Sometimes I like this with capsicum or peas.
- 83 millilitres all-purpose flour
- 375 millilitres milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 rashers chopped bacon
- 3 chopped scallions
- 250 millilitres grated cheddar cheese
- 142 grams canned sweetcorn kernels (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
