I made this pasta dish one night just to use up what was in the fridge. It turned out to be quite nice, so now I often make it. It's very handy as it only takes about 10 minutes.

Metric Cups
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 sundried tomatoes
  • 75 grams cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons pesto
  • 8⅚ ounces pasta
  • 8⅚ ounces mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 sundried tomatoes
  • 2⅔ ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons pesto
