Ingredients

- 150 grams red grapes (seedless - halved)

- 1 handful fresh tarragon
- 100 grams rocket
- 100 grams goat's cheese
- 50 grams pinenuts (toasted)
- 50 grams flaked almonds (or walnuts - toasted)
- ½ orange
- ½ lemon
- 25 millilitres red wine vinegar
- 75 millilitres extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 5⅓ ounces red grapes (seedless - halved)
- 5⅓ ounces grapes (seedless - halved)
- 1 handful fresh tarragon
- 3½ ounces arugula
- 3½ ounces goat's cheese
- 1¾ ounces pinenuts (toasted)
- 1¾ ounces sliced almonds (or walnuts - toasted)
- ½ orange
- ½ lemon
- 1 fluid ounce red wine vinegar
- 3 fluid ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
