Pork Chops With Gorgonzola

                                        Preheat the grill to high. Put the pork steaks under the grill for 5 minutes on each side. before taking them out and turning them over  Cut the tomatoes into medium slices and cut the cheese into 4 large slices.  When the pork is done, brush each steak with some pesto. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the steaks and top with a slice of gorgonzola cheese.
