- 1⅛ pounds self-rising flour
- 8 ounces butter (or margarine)
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 pound golden raisins
- 10 ounces granulated sugar
- 1 tin pineapple (use cheap tinned pineapple, fruit juice or syrup based, and whiz it up in a blender)
