Metric Cups
  • 1 kilogram shrimp
  • 1 tub salsa (hot)
  • 250 millilitres cream (unwhipped - if you use alpro soja cuisine, low on fat!)
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • 500 grams pasta
  • cheese (rasped)
  • 2⅕ pounds shrimp
  • 1 tub salsa (hot)
  • 8⅘ fluid ounces cream (unwhipped - if you use alpro soja cuisine, low on fat!)

  • 18 ounces pasta
  • cheese (rasped)

Method

  • Boil water, cook the pasta (of your own choice, but I like tagliatteli with this recipe).
  • Peal the shrimps. Put them into the wok with the oil and the garlic. Wait until they are cooked, then add the Doritos Salsa and the cream. Stir a few minutes till everything is hot.
  • Serve with the pasta and the rasped cheese on top. If you like it hot, add some harissa.
