Metric Cups
  • 100 grams butter
  • 200 grams milk chocolate
  • 200 grams white chocolate Melted
  • 250 grams digestive biscuits Crushed
  • 200 grams bar aero mint chocolate Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 1 drop food colouring Green
  • 2 drops peppermint essence
  • 3½ ounces butter
  • 7 ounces milk chocolate
  • 7 ounces white chocolate Melted
  • 8⅚ ounces graham crackers Crushed
  • 7 ounces bar aero mint chocolate Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup or light corn syrup
  • 1 drop food colouring Green
  • 2 drops peppermint essence

  • Melt the choc, butter and syrup add biscuit and chopped aero.
  • Press into traybake tin.
  • Melt white choc add peppermint essence and colour.
  • Pour over the top and refrigerate.
