This is my Party special and I always have to take this along for the Buffet table, As usual with my recipes. Does include cheats ingredients. but is super quick to knock up. and served cold. Please tweek to your taste.

Ingredients

Serves: 10

Metric Cups
  • 4 handfuls pasta (twists)
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 packet frozen prawns (defrosted in slightly salted water)
  • 1 jar of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 lemon (cut into slices and halved)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely sliced)

  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of red chile powder
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 lemon (cut into slices and halved)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely sliced)

Method

  • Fill a pan with water add sliced garlic and bring to boil. add Pasta and cook until al dente or to your taste.
  • Whilst this is cooking In a dish place salmon and oil from salmon tin. Remove the skin and bone from the fish and discard. don't mash the salmon but break into chunks Add the drained prawns and lemon juice.
  • Drain the pasta and garlic rinse with cold water and put in a dish with salmon and prawns stir.
  • In another bowl place, mayo, ketchup, Worcester sauce, Cayenne, chilli, black pepper Stir well until well incorporated together. taste it. is it spicy enough?
  • Mix three quarters of sauce into pasta and fish. tip into presentation bowl. Spoon the remaining sauce over the top of the pasta. This will stop the pasta becoming too dry.
  • Give a burst of Black pepper on top and dress the dish with the slices of lemon around the edge or the bowl and maybe a twist in the middle. Enjoy
