Ingredients

Serves: 9-10

Metric Cups
  • 7 medium eggs
  • 7 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 600 grams mascarpone cream
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 short cup espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey
  • 125 grams biscuits (preferably Petit)
  • 7 medium eggs
  • 7 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 21⅙ ounces mascarpone cream
  • 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 short cup espresso coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey
  • 4⅖ ounces biscuits (preferably Petit)

Method

  • Separate the 7 eggs (yolk and egg-white seperate in a bowl). Add sugar to the egg yolk and mix. Whisk the egg-whites until you could turn the bowl around 180° and the mass wouldn't fall out (try to be sure....).
  • Chop the chocolate into little/tiny pieces. Add mascarpone and the fluffy egg-white to the egg yolk.
  • At the bottom of your glass oven dish (looks prettier) you layer the biscuits until there's no space anymore and drip the coffee and/or the whiskey over it. Then add the mascarpone-mix (but not all of it) and after that sprinkle the chocolate chips over that. Repeat this step until your oven dish is full.
  • When you've finished, place the tiramisu in the fridge for about 5 hours. ENJOY!!! :-P
