  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • 200 millilitres single cream
  • 100 millilitres milk
  • butter
  • salt
  • vanilla sugar
  • 21 ounces cherries
  • 4 ounces flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 ounces superfine sugar
  • 7 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 3½ fluid ounces milk
  • butter
  • salt
  • vanilla sugar

  • Paper tray with a diameter of 22 cm with butter and add cherries without stones.
  • In a large bowl beat eggs with salt dust. Add sugar and beat until well becomes a cream. Add milk and cream, beat well. Add flour + baking powder and beat well until it runs no ball.
  • Pour over cherries.
  • Preheat oven to 180 GradeC for 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle warm dust powder.
