Metric Cups
  • 2 sheets egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth)
  • 75 grams cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh root ginger (grated)
  • 1 red pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 green pepper (cut into strips)
  • 2 sheets egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted Asian sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth)
  • 2⅔ ounces cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot (grated)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)

  • Cook the noodles in boiling water in the time it says on the packet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk togehter the other ingredients apart from the sesame seeds.
  • Drain the noodles and toss with the asian sauce, peppers and chicken.
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and serve.

Additional Information

If you have a nut allergy, just leave the sesame oil and seeds out, it will still taste good. If the sauce is too thick just add a splash of soy sauce or water.
