Lovely delicately scented buttery biscuits. This is my own recipe. I use these as the base for my ginger and lime cheesecake.
- 170 grams all-purpose flour
- 113 grams unsalted butter (really soft)
- 57 grams superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
