  • 8 slices pork schnitzel (just the cut of meat not crumbed)
  • 57 grams butter
  • 63 millilitres lime juice
  • 125 millilitres white wine
  • arrowroot (optional)

  • Melt butter, when bubbling add pork and lightly pan fry in two batches. Cook for 1-2 mins on each side.
  • Sprinkle with the lime juice and set aside and keep warm
  • To pan add wine, bring to boil and allow to reduce. thicken with arrowroot if desired.
  • then add the pork to the pan and serve.
  • Suggests to serve with sweet potato puree and beans.
