Ingredients

Serves: 8

Metric Cups
  • 1 tin tuna (or smoked fish or salmon)
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • ½ small onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 splash of tabasco
  • freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Method

Fabulous Fish Dip/Ball is a community recipe submitted by Lilybell and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Mix altogether refrigerate for an hour, can be rolled in a ball in finely chopped nuts/parsley or popped in a small bowl, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
  • Serve with vegetable sticks or savoury crackers.
  • Variation: Sometimes I add a tin of shrimps to mixture if mixture feels a bit to sloppy can add grated cheese if not firmed up in fridge. I have tried with light cream cheese it wont roll in a ball but is still yummy.
