- 200 millilitres whipping cream
- 3 teaspoons fresh lavender flower buds
- 5 sheets gelatine
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 150 grams cottage cheese
- 11 fluid ounces milk
- 7 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 3 teaspoons fresh lavender flower buds
