Metric Cups
  • 360 grams flour
  • 300 grams butter
  • 200 grams icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams cocoa
  • 15 grams honey
  • 2 grams orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 12¾ ounces flour
  • 10⅗ ounces butter
  • 7 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅖ ounces unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ ounce honey
  • ounce orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • Mix butter (room temperature) with icing sugar and honey. Add eggs and flour and cocoa, vanilla and orange zest. Mix till the dough is amalgamated, than put it in a pastry bag and make some ring biscuits.
  • Let the biscuits in the fridge for 15 min and in the meantime preheat the oven at 190°C. Bake them for 15 min. Enjoy
