Serves: 30 biscuits

Metric Cups
  • 360 grams flour
  • 300 grams butter (at room temperature)
  • 200 grams icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams cocoa 15
  • 15 grams honey
  • 2 grams orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 12¾ ounces flour
  • 10⅗ ounces butter (at room temperature)
  • 7 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅖ ounces unsweetened cocoa 15
  • ½ ounce honey
  • ounce orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Method

  1. Mix the butter with the icing sugar and honey.

  2. Add eggs and flour and cocoa, vanilla and orange zest.

  3. Mix till the dough is amalgamated, than put it in a pastry bag and make some ring biscuits. Let the biscuits cool in the fridge for 15 minutes and in the meantime preheat the oven at 190°C.

  4. Bake them for 15 minutes.
