Pre-heat the oven to 220 deg C. Mix all the ingredients together. Fill greased muffin pans to 3 quarters full. Bake for 10 mins.

- 1½ cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
