Metric Cups
  • 2 litres stock cubes
  • 700 grams cucumber
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3½ pints broth cubes
  • 24¾ ounces cucumber
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

Method

  • Peel the potatoes, slice them in to small cubes, cook them in boiling water with a pinch of salt, chop the sauer cucumbers.
  • If the potato's are ready take them out.
  • Pot with stock bring it to boiling and reduce flame to small put the cucumbers, cooked potatoes, cook for 10 -15 m.
  • Serve with the dot of sour cream at the center of the plate.
