Mix the juices and cayenne in a heavy saucepan, simmer until reduced by half. Cool, then whisk in sour cream and re-warm. Fabulous! This also can be served at room temperature.
A very nice simple sauce for fresh fish! Especially good on grilled fish.
- 500 orange juice
- 2 lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
