Method
Pasta with Barbecued Spanish Chorizo is a community recipe submitted by FarranWincott and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
Boil a pan of water. Be sure to salt it well.
Once boiling, add the pasta to the pan and cook until al dente.
Meanwhile, cook the Spanish chorizo on the barbecue or grill until brown. Slice the chorizo once cooked if preferred.
Whilst the pasta and chorizo are cooking, chop the spring onions.
Heat the chopped tomatoes in a pan until warmed through. Season to taste.
Add the tomato mix and sour cream to the cooked pasta.
Plate up the pasta, sprinkle over the chopped onions and place the cooked chorizo sausages on top
Grate parmesan and season with salt and pepper to finish
