Ingredients

Serves: 4-6

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup tomato ketchup
  • ½ cup dark rum
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dry)
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ⅕ teaspoon pepper
