For the Sauce
- 125 millilitres soy sauce
- 125 millilitres brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 125 millilitres chopped garlic
- 125 millilitres chopped onion leaves
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
For the Chicken
- 1 chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 250 millilitres cooking oil (for frying)
