  • 1 lavash (a thin oriental bread a bit like tortilla)
  • soft cream cheese with garlic
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 leek
  • 1 large carrot
  • salt
  • curry powder
  • fresh dill

Method

  • Slice and fry vegetables.
  • Dice chicken fillets, fry and add salt and curry. Spread the soft cheese over the lavash.
  • Put fried vegetables and chicken on the lavash. Add dill if you like. Roll it.
  • Spread some cheese also on top of the lavash roll.
  • Bake in an oven, about 180 degrees, 10-15 min, until golden.
  • Cut thick slices, enjoy hot or cold with green salad.
