Seafood Bisque

In a heavy bottomed saucepan combine all ingredients. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer for several hours, stirring frequently.
Introduction
This is a great soup when the winter snow hits!

Serves: 2
- 2 cups heavy cream (heavy)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 medium chopped onion
- ½ pound crab meat
- ½ pound lobster meat
- 1 pinch of sugar
- salt
- pepper
- grated Cheddar cheese

Additional Information
Bisque will be thin, but should thicken as it cools. If still too thin, disolve some cornstarch in small amount of milk, then add to bisque to thicken.
