This is a great soup when the winter snow hits!
- 500 millilitres heavy cream (heavy)
- 125 millilitres milk
- 1 medium chopped onion
- ¼ kilogram crab meat
- ¼ kilogram lobster meat
- 1 pinch of sugar
- grated cheddar cheese

Bisque will be thin, but should thicken as it cools. If still too thin, disolve some cornstarch in small amount of milk, then add to bisque to thicken.
